CH3093 Carbon deoxidizer is applicable to the erosive Oxygen scavenger without hydro- genation in inert gases such as nitrogen,which can make the gas containing ordinary nitrogen (0.1%oxygen content)purified through the carbon carrier Oxygen scavenger purification device.CH3093 carbon Oxygen scavenger does not need to be equipped with hydrogen.It not only has high deoxidization depth(residual O2≤1ppm),large deoxidization capacity (1.2~1.6M3),but also is easy to operate and reliable in performance.
CH3093 Carbon deoxidizer is directly deoxidized by combustion method.Under the heat- ing temperature of 260 ℃~320 ℃,ordinary nitrogen gas with oxygen content of 0.1%~0.2%can be heated and burned through CH3093 type carbon Oxygen scavenger to oxidize (burn)the oxygen in ordinary nitrogen and carbon in Oxygen scavenger to produce high-purity nitrogen (99.9995%)containing micro carbon dioxide(<1ppm/M3).Its characteristics require regular ad- dition of Oxygen scavenger
